We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking. This policy applies to all tours and airport transfers with Groovy Tours Jamaica.
📅 Tour & Transfer Cancellation Terms
✔ 7 Days Before
Full refund of total booking amount.
✔ 5 Days Before
60% refund issued. 25% administration/service fee applies.
✔ 3 Days Before
50% refund issued. 50% administration/service fee applies.
✖ No-Show / Same Day
No refund. Full booking amount is forfeited.
⚠️ Special Circumstances & Force Majeure
Weather-Dependent Tours:
Some activities such as rafting, zip-lining, and water tours may be affected by weather conditions.
If a tour cannot safely operate, we may reschedule or offer an alternative experience or partial refund based on this policy.
Force Majeure:
In rare cases such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns,
Groovy Tours Jamaica may cancel a booking. Customers will be offered:
- Full refund of booking amount
- OR rescheduling to a future date (subject to availability)
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by clients due to such cancellations.

- Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days.
- Booking Changes: Changes within 7 days may incur fees or depend on availability.
- Airport Transfers: Same cancellation rules apply unless otherwise stated at booking.
