3. Booking:
- Contact the selected tour operator well in advance to book your combined adventure.
- Inquire about package options, pricing, availability, and any specific requirements.
4. Packing and Preparation:
- Dress appropriately for all activities, taking into account the weather and the likelihood of getting wet or dirty.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for horseback riding and zip-lining.
- Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, swimwear, a towel, a change of clothes, and any necessary personal items.

Tour cancellation policy
For tours (private and small group), cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or future travel credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. All sales are final within 24 hours of the tour date thus tickets and reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event that you would like a tour to be rescheduled, this will need to be made within 48 hours before the original scheduled tour date.
